Shipping

Every order is packed and dispatched from our own workshop in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of payment. Each bag is checked once more before packing, which is why we do not ship same-day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 4 to 8 working days of dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote pin codes may take longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, and shown before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we send you a tracking link by email. If you would prefer it on WhatsApp, just ask.

Where we ship

We currently ship within India only.

Delays outside our control

Once a parcel is handed to our courier partner, delivery timelines are in their hands. Weather, strikes, festival season volumes and local restrictions can cause delays. We will always help you chase a delayed parcel — message us and we will follow it up.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was reachable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery charges may apply.

Damaged on arrival

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and message us the same day at +91 84396 72727.
