Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Erica Collections. By placing an order you agree to them.

About our products

All bags sold by Erica Collections are pre-owned. Each one is cleaned, repaired and reconditioned by our own team before it is listed. We grade every bag after restoration and describe its condition honestly, including any wear that remains.

Photographs on each product page are stock images. Colours may appear slightly different across screens.

One piece only

We stock a single piece of every bag. Adding a bag to your cart does not reserve it — the bag is yours only once payment is complete. If two customers order the same bag simultaneously, the completed payment takes priority and we will refund the other order in full.

Brand names

Where a brand name appears in a product title, it identifies the maker of the original bag. Erica Collections is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer of any of these brands. We sell genuine pre-owned goods that we have restored ourselves.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST. We may change prices at any time. Payment must be completed in full before dispatch.

Order acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order — for example if a bag is found to have a fault during final checks, if a pricing error has occurred, or if we cannot verify the delivery details.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.
